These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and c1000 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the website, registering an account, or using any services provided by c1000, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

- You are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the c1000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). c1000 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, digital wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and other options listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposits must be made through legitimate methods and in the account holder's name only. Transactions from third parties or unverified sources may result in funds being frozen and subject to further investigation.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated in the relevant section of the platform and are subject to change.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 business hours.
- C1000 reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or violations of these Terms.
- Users are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations related to winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the c1000 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
User Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the c1000 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
C1000 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming decisions. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and are solely responsible for their own decisions.
- C1000 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or technical errors.
- C1000's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the claim.
- C1000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold c1000 harmless from any claims arising from their breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure
C1000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned in accordance with c1000's review process, subject to compliance with all applicable conditions.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the customer support section. Account closure will take several business days to process, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the c1000 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the property of c1000 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The c1000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. c1000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Any changes to these Terms will be published on the c1000 website and take effect immediately or on the date specified.
